Yongyi Pump Industry successfully won the bid for multiple hot water pumps for the Hesheng Silicon Industry project with a total investment of more than 30 billion yuan

After Jiangsu Yongyi Pump Industry won the bid for polysilicon projects such as Xinjiang Hesheng, Xinjiang Qiya, Qinghai Lihao, Ningxia Runyang, and Inner Mongolia Xinhua, it successfully won the Xinjiang Eastern Hesheng Silicon-based New Materials Industry Integration Project.

It is reported that the integrated project of Hesheng Silicon's silicon-based new materials industry is a large-scale project in Xinjiang in 2022, covering an area of more than 1,900 acres and investing more than 30 billion yuan. The integrated project includes the construction of industrial silicon, polysilicon, silicon slices, photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic power generation and other projects, which are expected to be completed and put into production in 2024. Yongyi Pump Industry has successfully won the new investment project of Hesheng Silicon Industry with its rich performance and strong technical background in the industry.



In 2022, Xinjiang Central Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of a 200,000-ton annual high-purity polysilicon project. Yongyi Pump Industry provided 172 pumps for reduction, tail gas, cold hydrogenation, distillation and other workshops, which will be officially put into production in 2023.


In 2023, Xinjiang Eastern Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. continued to increase its investment and added another 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon production capacity. Yongyi Pump Industry successively won the bid for 168 pumps and was fortunate to continue to contribute to the development of Hesheng Silicon Industry.


Jiangsu Yongyi Pump Industry Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a private technology enterprise specializing in the manufacture of pump products and energy-saving technology transformation. Hot water circulation pump: widely used in various vaporization cooling systems, mostly used in high temperature conditions such as converters, heating furnaces, and polysilicon reduction. Temperature resistance up to 350℃, pressure bearing 13Mpa.


Advantages:


1. The water pump is equipped with a multi-channel cooling system: pump cover water cooling jacket, mechanical seal PLAN23+62 flushing solution, bearing body equipped with heat dissipation fins and cooling water circuit to ensure high reliability of the equipment.


2. The pump shaft is specially heat treated to ensure that the pump shaft has stronger rigidity and anti-bending performance.


3. The pump body has a double flow channel design, which automatically balances the axial force and is more stable when running at a large flow rate.


4. The impeller back blade design reduces the axial force and makes the bearing more stable during operation.


5. The centerline support design avoids concentricity deviation caused by thermal expansion of the pump body.


6. The pump body and pump cover are tested by non-destructive testing and high-pressure water pressure to ensure the quality of the casting.


7. The high-pressure mechanical seal design can withstand pressure up to 13Mpa.
